At the start of October 2023, I set out to make a small game about fighting monsters where enemy limbs all had individual health pools and hitboxes, encouraging dismemberment and decapitation.

This is the end result, a 10-minute twin-stick shooter about cheerfully mutilating lanky, awkward draculas and eating their limbless torsos to restore health.

Really fun game! I'll be waiting for the inevitable Frankenstein sequel.

Wife is the strongest and coolest as she bludgeons Dracula!

The patterns of Dracula appearing and the appearance of Dracula with his magic wand kept me playing enthusiastically until the end.

And what I like most of all, I enjoyed the slightly bizarre pleasure of mooching off the remaining Dracula after a hot battle, meow, meow, meow!

Thank you so much for playing!

This is one of the best comments I have ever recieved.

Wow! There is so much depth in gameplay, and small details that I love. Didn't finish killing 100 Draculas yet, but I'll try again tomorrow :D Btw is there or could you add speedrun timer?

Absolutely! I will try to find time to sneak it in there later this week!

Really fun, didn't realize at first you respawn and dies a few times just not moving after dying thinking it would reset at some point. Nice little game with surprisingly detailed dismemberment system.

Thank you for playing!

In an earlier build of the game, death sent you back to the beginning of the game - but it just felt too punishing to lose all of your progress in a 10-minute game with no save system.

Resetting the player to the start of the current wave instead of the start of the game also let me make some crazier, less balanced groups of Draculas.

FINALLY! This was such a blast to play. I got stuck in a corner and spent 10 minutes trying to shoot my way out😂
Very addicting gameplay loop. Well done my friend!

It's such a good feeling to see all of my online friends playing my game! Thank you!! Do you know which wave you were stuck on? The difficulty curve is a little wacky haha, I played so many times while testing that it was hard to guage what was challenging.

I think I had 76-80 draculas left. I don't think it was too hard. I just got stuck in a corner🤣
